John Whitehead, VP & General Manager of True Steel Security announces a new product and a new brand to help people in their time of need.

Care Link is a system that provides 24 hour Emergency Medical Response. At the push of a button, you or your loved ones can know that help is on the way.

The idea is simple but the benefits are great. Anyone, a senior, a person who is medically fragile or anyone that has a need wears a pendant or a bracelet. When they feel that help is needed they simply press the button.

This sends a wireless signal to the panel of the system installed in the house, which instantly calls the monitoring station. The trained dispatchers come on the two-way speaker phone and inquire as to the situation. If it is serious or there is no response, the local EMS (Ambulance) is dispatched immediately. If it is not so serious, neighbors, children or even friends can be alerted. We follow your instructions!

We can give your pertinent medical information to the responding parties, even the combination to get at a spare key so they can have access to the house. We are there to help.

Some people use this only for a short time following a stay in the hospital, some people use it to extend their time at home prior to going to assisted living and/or nursing homes.
